Starting the Experienced Program...

I suppose I shall follow the Dr.'s (Bogner's that is) orders and attempt the Experienced Program listed on the St. Louis Half/Marathon website. Tomorrow is the first day with a trite 3 mile jaunt. Check back later for any and all results!
