Kansas City Here I Come

We spent a few days with family in Kansas City. My sister and brother-in-law were in town from DC. We had decided to all run together when they were in town. As it turns out, our first run was on a zero degree wind chill day.


Here we are right before we braved the KC cold and did our 3 mile training run. You can see Sammy got in the picture just in time :)

We ended up doing our 3 3 and 10 before heading back to Stl. This week we get a little break in the schedule with only an 8 for the long run this coming weekend.

I do think it's time to lose the beard. Way too much ice build up :P
