Late for that call

I had a conference call scheduled for yesterday at 1100. I was supposed to have plenty of time for my 4 miles prior to the call but due to a number of unfortunate events, it was just past 1010 when I got out the door. I wasn't sure if I was going to get the whole run in, but I worked it pretty hard and amazingly finished in 36:20...the fastest mile times I've ever run before! I was a bit sore today and finished the 4 in 37:50, but still feel pretty darn good heading into the 8 on Saturday. May be being late for a call is actually a good thing :)
