Keeping up the Fight for Reduced Area Gut (FRAG)

Hello all,

I've been running with a neighbor fairly regulary @ 5am before work until my left calf strained. Since then, I've taken it easy on the running and have biked more often. I've been in Oregon this week and will be next as well. Complimentary passes to the health club has proven advantageous.

Last nite, I did a spinning class. For those of you who have not experienced it, I recommend trying it. Fifty minutes of very hard biking at all levels of speed and resistance. Just as soon as that was over, I was coerced by another instructor to participate in circuit weight training for another 45 minutes.

Needless to say, I feel great today.
